The green "cord" on his arm is a grounding strap for anti-static.

  • Corsair H50 or this one?

  • @Rapagangsta This one. Or Corsair H70.

  • Actually he applied the TIM correctly per the instructions on the OCZ website.

  • hey, that song at the beginning is my favorite Megadeth song lol

  • There are many TECHNIQUES of applying thermal coumpound you can just put the Heat sink on and let the heat sink spread the Compound or just spread it before putting the heatsink eithere way there both effective...

  • the temps are fine so i dont have to

  • @computerkiller13888 i did the exact same method he did, and my temps are fine to.

  • @computerkiller13888 You don't know much about thermal paste do you?

  • @computerkiller13888 ur not ment to spread it, when u spread it air bubbles can get in there and make ur temps high.

  • @computerkiller13888 actually, no you are not. spreading it out increases the chances of air bubbles being created.

  • corsair h50 is better :D

  • yea i noe,i wish i got that insted =/well kinda not but my megahalems is ok too

  • yo i idle at 29c and only get up to 39 under load

  • mines and amd 965 quad and yeah it stays pretty cool i keep it on the oem speed most of the time tho i oc when i want it for somthing that i figure im gonna need it for but that realy hasnt been the case cuz the processer is fast enough for anygame on the market right now

  • ohh thats awesome dude=)

  • The h50 is very nice but it cannot beat the best air cooling heatsinks such as the megahalems and a few others.

  • from what i have seen it does i mean watch the maxishine video of it see the real thing is do you know the best air cooling on the market

  • It does fit, nice, i bought 790i FTW and some other parts including meghalems on 15/16 august, very nice.

  • nice cpu cooler. very monsterous

  • thank you..one of the best coolers obviously, beats cheap watercooling kits,i heard it beated one of the thermaltake water cooling kits but i dont remember which one,or so i heard...

  • i never use a anti static wrist strap lol i think its way over board and i have never had a problem

  • i only used it becuz ive been waiting for my system for a whole year and i dont wanna take a risk of somethin dying from static...

  • I never used anti static wrist straps until my old pc died 2 years ago because of that :(

  • Right on! Glad it's all coming together for you. 5/5

I was nervous the 1st time I did this. I went out and bought examination gloves so I wouldn't get impurities on either surface. I didn't shoot it cause I felt like such a noob.
