Ok I followed all of these steps 2 years ago, and downloaded this game. But that computer died and I'm having to follow the steps again. I remember having trouble with step 7 before, but I was able to work through it some how, but I'm having trouble again. Whenever I type in the link in step 7, it says the link is broken.

If you go to the eaisu website, it will redirect you to the fire emblem website. Click fe6. Then click translation. At the bottom of the page you can download the patch.

Yes. The only reason your anti-virus or whatever you have reacts to the the site, is because the site was created in Japan. Since some foreign countries have different security measures than ours, ours react to it. It is 100% perfectly safe though.
