@nitronugget01 Yes, occasionally I feed them with some nice fresh mince meat, or sweet biscuit crumbs which they seem to love. I NEVER feed the young ones just out of the nest though. Leave that to Mum and Dad Magpie ... that way the young won't imprint on a human being. They tend to do that if one becomes too familiar with them. This family on here, have been around with us for about 20+ years now, and are just beautiful. They come to my whistle. Tks for the post. AB

Thank you so much foo2le - I adore those birds so much ... they have been in our garden for years now. It's nesting time again, (Spring here), and we look forward to some more littlies. Annie.

LOL - they do that when I ask them to would you believe. I usually say "Call 'im" several times, and off they go. Well trained they are. lol. I love them so much, but should never have named them - they are still wild creatures of the forest. Annie.
