@SuperMrPooface First you have to find Sugar Cane. It grows near the water and is somewhat uncommon to find. You can place sugar cane near more water to farm it.

Then use the sugar cane in a 3x1 horizontal line to make paper. Then stack the paper vertically to make books. THEN place three books horizontally in the middle row, and six planks of wood on the top of that and on the bottom.

Hope that was simple enough!
