ok t.rex and allo were both good preditors but a 39ftlong 7.2 ton t.rex would def win in a fight with a 39ft long 4.2 allo plus allo was only 5mph faster then t.rex and t.rex had a max bite force of 18,000lbs per sq in thats 9 tons plus since it had small weak arms its legs and body must have been very muscular and t.rex competed with other t.rexes meaning hint.. it could probly resist a bite force of 6,000lbs per sq in allo bite force was only half 2500-3000 and arms werent even all that long

@cycmpdf: I never said T-rex was super fast, I just said that it wasn't lumbersome. And care to explain how a T-rex would have a hard time killing an Allosaurus? An Allosaurus would have to kill by blood loss and exhaustion, and that would take a while. All the T-rex would have to do is bite the Allosaurus by the neck, pin it down and snap its neck. Allosaurus could probably do that to weaker dinosaurus but it's jaws wouldn't have been strong enough to use such an attack against Tyrannosaurus.

@cycmpdf: These two giant predators obviously never actually would have encountered each other but if they did this is what would likely happen: If one Allosaurus encountered a Tyrannosaurus it would probably retreat but if it did challenge the rex then it would die. If a T-rex encountered a pack of Allosaurus it would probably retreat. If it challenged the pack then the rex would die.

@Iridedragons I'm not too sure about that, A Tyrannosaurus was bigger, but alot slower and not very agile. An Allosaurus also was smarter than Tyrannosaurus, so i think they maybe would stand a chance.

Nice video ! I actually saw and touched an allosaurus once LOL well at least his bones, in the backyard of my grandmother's house in Portugal.

Some parts of a skeleton were found there 10 years ago and are now in the national history museum in Lisbon :D

Actually, Allosaurus and Tyrannosaurus are not related, true, at one point they were considered to because of their size, but that was a totally biased explanation. Allosaurus is more related to the Carcharodontosaurids while Tyrannosaurs ancestors were of a totally different family.
