Well which one is your favourite? That Classic Antique is amazing :D :D :D You should also get an Axcess, a Studio and a Raw Power model, and you'll have the entire family, hehe. Cheers!
i wish my fender strat would sound like a strat on clean tone/channel but sound like a les paul with distortion. i wonder if there is a guitar like that.
@mojoefly : The guitar you may be looking for is a strat with a S/S/Hum pickup configuration. It has a single coil at the neck and mid, and a humbucker (gibson les paul sound) at the bridge. You can try a variety of pickups at the bridge to dial in that sound you are looking for. However, strat bodies are lighter and less dense than the les paul, so the sound won't be perfect, but close.
Yup, The Custom has an edginess in the mids the others don't. Are the pups the orig.498T,490R combo? Thanks for posting, these vids are helpful if one does not live near a GC.
The real eye opener was the melody maker...what a greal raunchy sound and probably 1/4 the price of the others...I could tell by the smile that you liked it too
The classic antique has the nicest headstock. Not that it means much but just throwing it out there

последняя гитара больше всех понравилась.

I think it should be noted that the second one doesn't have the pick-up covers, for comparison reasons. And the third one doesn't either, obviously.

@mojoefly PRS haha. Or coil tap a les paul. But that's just because I hate HSS strats. I love Strats but not ones with humbuckers.

Are those 490's or 57' Classics in the Custom?
In terms of comparisson, the Custom certainly did it for my ears, specially the overdriven bridge pickup and the clean neck.
Great review, thanks!

I really liked the melody maker-but the les paul with the bb's sounded slightly better and thicker but hell compare the prices!
