Do you store the video files in your External HD and pull the data from there? Or do you store the files you're working on temporally on your SSD and then move it over to your external when you're done?

I can afford to travel because I served in the military, put myself through college, got a good job, worked hard, and invested my money wisely. @wings400 It must be the OS X extended journaled format. A Mac can read a NTFS drive but can't write on it. I bought a Iomega 1 TB HDD Mac Edition, pre-formatted in HFS + (plugged on the Firewire 800 port).

@BRENNANSTECHBITE Neither. I used the sun and the lens. Those are real flares. Quick tip: if you use a UV filter on leave it slightly unscrewed its easy to force a flare.
