I was in another world on an old account when this happened. Ashame the old song got removed it fit the clip perfectly this song just dosent mix.

I always found it funny that a bunch of high level players who probably mocked others at various times started pleading and freaking out when they were caught in a situation far beyond their control. Never know when just the right variables line up and turn your world upside down.

@Jakezing Very true. Also the major amount of updates has fleshed out the game superbly and thanks that to, a lot of players are having a great time with far less reasons to quit. Botting and scamming has been dealt with and many old outdated, useless minigames have been improved (except Gnomeball, which still sucks) and the music is still there to listen to which is great.

I remember this. People were running like crazy for their own POH's to escape the onslaught. I was down to only 19 Health before I got to mine. I locked down my POH for over 2 hours waiting for the massacre to stop. There were tons of JMODS and PMODS in the area when it happened. They were yelling at people to teleport out before they got killed. Over 50 of my friends were killed before they even got out of falador. Runescape's Devil's Number is now 6/6/6 for when the massacre occurred...

The glitch occurred immediately after a house party hosted by the first player to achieve 99 construction, "Cursed You". Due to the large number of players attending, the lag inside the house became severe to the point at which the host was forced to boot all of the guests. The glitch wasn't caused by the severe lag, but rather an error in the coding in the Construction skill.

@Froz3nBananA There were countless cases of murders, loads of people evacuated to different hidden area's. Falador was the biggest hit but Edgeville and Mudskipper Point was hit bad. I went straight to Karamja for refuge, it was crazy!

@TheFawly84 The Falador Massacre was when the first player to reach Skill Mastery of Construction hosted a huge party with PVP areas. He then booted everyone due to lag, and the ones in the PVP areas discovered a bug that let them massacre thousands. Jagex put an end to it and banned the leaders. Cursed You, the host of the party, was later banned for a different reason.
