No. Not drug wise. High as in a feeling, like a natural high (like you don't need drugs to feel the good side effects - I'd like to state here that Drugs, no matter what kind of side effect, are bad. Except weed used for medical reasons.). Hard to explain. high as in flying, high as in this feeling of being on top of the world, on cloud 9? This feeling of being uplifted all because you love this person. Do you have a better idea of it now? I hope so, though I'm not very good at explaining.
