This is amazing! How long have you been playing? I'm a 16 year old kid from Michigan, and I have a strong appreciation for music. I've been in multiple all-state bands on alto saxophone, but recently my grandpa got me a dulcimer and I've been LOVING it. I must say, I'm inspired! Thanks!

@madsaxophonist Thanks!  I've been playing since around 1989 (when I was 18) or so. Good luck with developing your own dulcimer approach -- it's a great instrument to explore.

Oh my god this is amazing!!!! You are so talented.

I have a mountain dulcimer--but not the shoulder strap. Where could I get one of those? I'd much rather like to stand and play it than sit down. :)

@Edwardinred Thanks, Edward -- glad you like it. Any guitar strap will do, though you'll need to add an strap-button to the bridge end of the dulcimer. You can tie the other end of the strap to the headstock of the dulcimer with a strap of leather, such as you can obtain at a hobby store.
