@1983bfmv for sure... "I have yet to see a air compressor work on gasoline or propane" does not mean it does not exist... you can see in the backround its a regular tank and you would hear the fuel engine runing the compressor...
What I am trying to say is that you are needing to used some form of energy to compress the air. it takes energy to make electricity. It's a never ending cycle.
Every one knows that compressed air is one of the most exspensive to use in any type of plant. and i think you would be better of to just use a impact wrench! at least it will move things, and go faster than the fourty rpm your engine is running. looks like you have a 5hp compressor reduced to a tenth hp motor. great job well done!
Excuse me, I have a little question. What kind of electromechanical valve did you used? (possibly a model or a name). What is his maximum switching speed (times per minute, for example) and allowable pressure?
Can it allow engine to run on a high rpm? 5000-6000 RPM
@nadeem5476 You can also run it off steam. I'm looking at making a small steam powered boat, oh but wait it would be useless and not work. right, better not to even try and just buy something commercially available, something that pollutes and doesn't take any creativity or ingenuity on my part, and doesn't do any recycling of materials destined for the landfill. you're right, man what a bad idea
@nadeem5476 not true people been making motorbikes and cars and carts with this set up but they used airtanks! so no need to be negative if you dont try or experiment you can never know if there's a use or not. plus in france they already made a comercial vehicle for everday use . it can go 60 miles @ 40 mph with a full tank o f air! ha
@cambigfoot88 "it can go 60 miles @ 40 mph with a full tank o f air! ha" Except no one has ever seen it go more than about 5 miles at the speed of a fat bloke on a bike because the "promoters" lie their faces off to fool ignorant investors
i did the two engine into one also two cyl. works better with steam im getting about 2hp at 35-40 psi i love it great minds think alike =3-

How are you gonna compress the air?
with air?
1983bfmv 8 months ago
@1983bfmv all its doing is forcing air in to make the pistons go up and down to make the crank work...

@Tj1056
I understand that but what fuel are you using to force the air in?

@1983bfmv air compressor?

@Tj1056
Cool, but what is driving the air compressor? It's a source of fuel i.e gasoline, propane, electricity etc.

@1983bfmv well I have yet to see a air compressor work on gasoline or propane...

@Tj1056 how do you think road workers power their compressors? They use diesel or gas engines

@Tj1056
how else are you going to put the compressed air in the tank? by blowing in it?
1983bfmv 5 months ago
@1983bfmv I would have to say most home compressors are run by electric motors...

@1983bfmv aww... what I do with my compressor is plug it into the wall...

nice now that looks like two engines combine how did you manage that

you have to preheat the air with some charcoal..how much energy do you need to operate the valves??

its useless , u cant do any work from it , the output POWER is just very less to do any work .

this is of no use , as it has no power .
