Oh Noooo!!! Vegetable Oil is not good for ceviche. Its either 'Extra Virgin Olive oil' or NOT.... Its still taste good without the EVO oil. :D

Ceviche is always a good choice! I make ceviche rather often and i've always wondered if chemically cooking kills cholera and other pesky nasties. I am on the internet and I probably could look this up but I felt like asking someone.

@ReliableNow hmm, I think if you use fresh fish, it's okay. Otherwise people wouldn't eat sushi. We bought the sea bass from the market right before making the video and survived!
