  • Sir Charles Rules!!!!!!!

  • He wore 32 for one season in honor of Magic Johnson

  • Old times.. Good Times.

  • a war tank

  • My favorite player during the Jordan era. Barkley feared no man!!!!!!!

  • I LOVE CHARLE BARKLEY trop fort et surtout un mec qui savait jouer en NBA

  • 130 over rambis EPIC

  • wow

  • 2:40 moment of brilliance..

  • Growing up, he was my favorite player. I played with that insane intensity too... I fouled out a lot. Tackling in basketball should not be frowned upon IMO. I can't even watch the NBA anymore, it's full of whiny bitches with no heart, like Lebron

  • @MegaMalfurion Agreed

  • @MegaMalfurion How is LeBron"A whiny bitch he's a team player and a good winner and loser. He doesn't talk shit. So how is he A whiny bitch???

  • Charles wore 32 in honor of Magic Johnson

  • hes not da best pf now its all bout dat chris bosh n dirk nowitwski

  • Yeah, when the NBA was meant for real men. If Chuck did his thing on 2:46 right now in the league, he would get a technical for that. I bet the ref whistled for out of bounds, that's it.

  • you guys see that?

the new rules in the league right now are for pussies.

  • from the 80's on....malone #1 and barkley #2...both were awesome...duncan and garnett close behind.

  • @oceans19711 Wrong 1985-1995 before injuries BARKLEY > STOCKTON TO MALONE

  • @oceans19711 Barkley always, always before Malone. First reason is Stockton, he was the "clutch performer" in that team. Second reason is playoff production: Malone was just ok during playoff time, meanwhile Chuck destroyed people. Not his fault he wasted his prime in Philly. Most versatile, dominant PF ever, and a freak of nature because of his small size. Just like we will never see another MJ, we will never see another Chuck.

  • il y a rien à dire charles barkley est vraiement très fort j'ai eu la chance de le voir joué à l'époque grace à canal plus. une grand gueule qu'ont adore. VIVE LA NBA des années 90

  • Le seul "Sir" que m'impose du respect...

  • 2:18 GIVE IT HERE

  • 0:21 Barkley: You've been poked Laimbeer now go **** yourself

  • man i love when theres fights in nba thease days an barkley says they cant fight cuz i know barkley would beat tha hell out of thease nba players now

  • The Real Goat Power Forward!

  • Was I bownta be great? Proballey.

  • Hell Barkley is better than (King of nothing) James

  • good old days when the NBA was straight up nasty!!! nowadays a lil slap on the wrist and players get all teary eyed.

  • good ass block at 2:48

  • He was a MONSTer....pure and simple....There will NEVER be another player like him....one of a kind.

  • I think that Barkley, Ewing, Malone and Stockton are the only ones of the old days in the NBA that they won everything but they miss an NBA Championship ring that was sad

  • I love the dunk at 1:18...the backboard begins to sag. That's what I loved about Barkley's play. He had emotion. The NBA is trying to stamp that out of the game today and it lessens the experience.

  • @ChocolateKing21 Fo real!!! What on earth is the commish thinking. I have e real tough time watching what seems to be a sisse sport. Whistle here, whistle there whistle everywhere. I agree you need to have a bit of repsect when you protest, but this is rediculous. I am stocking up on old school dvds and I still feel a buzz and excitement as watch real men play.

  • wild enough

  • yes! yes! yes! our future GM for LA Clippers!

    GO CLIPS!

  • @kelsorox

Don´t ever compare Blake Griffin to Barkley

  • Barkleys eyes (or his 'stache) looks like Carmelo's....

  • is no bary better in the game all the line, and no bary haha better ever OO

  • 2:48 Best BLock Ever - The guy on the floor is fuckin afraid of Charles -_0

  • That was Michael Adams of the Washington Bullets...he looks terrified. Hahaha!

  • Barkley between 87 (the year he got the right amount of usage %) to 91 had a winning % playing with scrubs: Barley was the REAL 1990 MVP! if you compare Level of Teamates to Winning %. While the Bulls finally had a winning % when Scottie and Grant arrived and ESPECIALLY when Scottie finally played the way he was men´t to: As a Point-Forward, Best Inividual Defender, Best Perimeter Defender , 2nd or 3rd Lead Rebounder and 2nd Lead Sorer for the Bulls. Pippen = Bulls Anchor and Best Creator

  • Of course, that's why Malone is the second best scorer in history, not to mention the rebounds and assists. He won 2 MVP (Barkley 1) and played in 3 Finals, Barkley only one. And Charles had 3 different team to win a title, always with good teammates !! How do you not at least get to the Finals when you have Olajuwon and Drexler on your side ??? Plus Malone was a man of steal, he played almost all the game of his career, when Barkley was often injured and changing teams like a diva .

  • Not even close Malone was only better than Barkley 1996 on when Barkley´s back gave up on him and having 2 back to back seaon injuries before that Barkley used to own Malone on a daily case. These kiddos haven`t watched the 80s and early 90s NBA ofcourse.

    Barkley healthy Best Powerforward Ever!

  • Barkley and Malone were BOTH great--two of the most underrated players at their positions. And they played really well together. Blame Spawn of Satan (aka former Sixers owner Harold Katz) for breaking them up. Moses did some pretty awesome one-man shows with Houston, too. He took a 40-42 team to the finals. He anchored the '83 sixers 'fo fo' fo' run. And Charles & Moses working the boards...it's a miracle ANYONE else ever got a rebound when they played together. Just sayin'... ;)

  • AceroySangre, I don't know why people have given your comment thumbs down. A few words for people "Dream Team MVP" Bird, Jordan, Magic, Pippen, Ewing, Drexler and Barkley had the best performances on that team, he literally terrorized people.

  • The Barkley haters have been many and will there be there to avoid evidence that Barkley was the 1990 MVP

  • 2:38, that is how you take a charge

  • you mean 1993?

  • The best PF ever is Karl Malone, even though Barkley was a great forward as well .

  • Hands down the best powerforward the league ever had!!! True legend with an ugly golf swing hahahahaha

  • Amen!

  • @car0518aguilar He was great but if you think he was the best PF ever you are just plain stupid. He is top 5 no doubt but He is nowhere near as good as Karl Malone or Tim Duncan.

  • @kalloused nowhere near? i think these 3 guys are right at the top and are tied in the best PF ever debate.

    TD: 21.1ppg, 11.6rpg, 3.2apg, 0.8spg, 2.3bpg, 50.8fg%, 68.7ft%

    KM: 25.0ppg, 10.1rpg, 3.6apg, 1.4spg, 0.8bpg, 51.6fg&, 74.2ft%

    CB: 22.1ppg, 11.7rpg, 3.9apg, 1.6spg, 0.9bpg, 54.1fg%, 73.5ft%

i know that stats arent everything but theyre still good sources for reference. ill just have to disagree with your view

  • @kalloused

No where near? Barkley outplayed Malone for 11 years before injuries

Barkley outplayed Duncan as a crippled overweight 34-36 year old

    Also, outplayed Garnett and McHale

Barkley is the 2nd Player in NBA History to Ran in the Top 10 All Time

    EFF

    PER

    +/-

The other?, Michael Jordan. Know him?

  • @kalloused You don't watch much basketball do you? You would lose that argument on statiscal basis (as defender80s already showed you) and on playoff production. Tim Duncan might have had great fundamentals and is a fine player. A fine player who had a knack of becoming small in big playoff games, just like Malone. Duncan also played with Manu, Parker and Robinson, no chop-liver there. If you witnessed Charles play in his prime, you'd know how amazing he was to watch. Best PF of modern era, easy

  • @75samuel75 ha, the majority of Porfessional basketball players, ex pros analysts and Charles himself disagrees with you.

  • I'M A MAD DOG~CHARLES BARKLEY

  • Intimidation = Charles Barkley

  • lol nobody works as hard as i do, there may be some that work as hard as i do, but nobody works as hard as i do O.o

  • actually he says,"i work harder than anybody else, there maybe people who work just as hard as i do, but nobody works harder than i do"

  • Barkley's combination of size, speed, quickness, and jumping ability make him one of the all-time freaks of the NBA. He was a small forward who at times played every position on the floor...because he had to. If the Sixers had not traded away the #1 overall pick in '86 and kept Moses Charles would have multiple rings. But noooooo.....

  • Wrong he was a Powerforward who at Sometimes Played like a PG-SF and even C. He only played SF for two seasons when Mahorn came to Phily the rest of his Career he played PF.

When healthy from 1985 to 1995 he owned everyone at his position

1 of only 2 Players to be in the Top 5-10 in EFF, PER and Statistical +/-

Best PF Ever, Chuck CB4. Thee 4 of All Time!

  • They also traded way Brad Daugherty (the number 1 pick) to Cleveland for some scrap metal & old disco records. There was one stretch in the 86-87 all-star game when Charles (Philly), Moses (Washington) & Daugherty (Cleveland) were the starting front-court during the all-star team. I almost tossed myself off a building for despair...then I realized I was on the first floor so I cried like a girl instead...

  • The most athletic fat guy the NBA has ever seen....hahahahah

  • poor charles never won a title.

  • its not his fault, he had sorry teams, and plus he played in an era stacked with legends

  • Sorry teams ? He played with the Sixers, along with Moses Malone, Erving, a team who had just won a title in 1983. Then he played at Phoenix with Majerle, Kevin Johnson, and finally ended up with the Rockets along with Olajuwon and Drexler !! You call that sorry teams ? LMAO

  • your a foole(nacho libre style) LOL, anyhow, sure he played with moses and erving, but they were old and past their championship prime; and as for phoenix, there was only two seasons where they had a chance; and houston was just like the early years, and old olajuwon and drexler couldnt compete with the spurs and jazz

  • I'm a fool ? You are full of arguments, don't you ! And you ave the answer to everything explaining why Barkley never won a championgship ring. Erving, Moses, Olajuwon and Drexler were as old as Garnett, Allen and Pierce when they won the title in 2008. He had everything to win a title, but he is just a great player, not a winner . He doesn't even earn his MVP trophy, they gave it to him for his "career" but Jordan should have it that year. You see Jordan, he is a winner .

  • once again you are foole(nacho libre style), Julius was in his mid 35, while moses was 30, but traded from philly early in barkely's career, drexler and olajuwon were in their mid 30's when barkley got there; and as for jordan being a winner, well i like to see him win a championship without pippen, rodman, and phil jackson

  • What can I answer to a "man" who has no other argumenrs than "you are a foole" ?

About the ages, take some informations about the Celtics 3 ages in 2008 ...

And about Jordan, you would like to see him win without Rodman? I have three years for you : 1991,1992 and 1993 (remember, they beat the Barkley's Suns by 4-2)

Plus,I neve said a man can win a championship on his own, he needs good partners, but Jordan stayed with the Bulls while Barkley changed teams.Still a great player, but not a winner

  • are you saying in not a man, tekit eazy, sorry i just love Nacho libre; the celtics of 2008 were in their early 30's, instead of mid 30's, jordan would have never won without pippen, as is evident by his early years and wizard years

  • No one wins a title alone, basketball is a team sport, and of course Jordan needed sidekicks, but Barkley had it too, and in 3 different teams and never won anything.

And sure, Jordan didn't win a title with the Wizars, that wasn't the goal, and remember he was more than 40 years old. That's weird how you remember the ages of Barkley's teammates and foget Jordan ages.

Now I will stop talkin to you, I don't have time to waste to a numbnut .

  • i remember jordan's teammates' ages, scottie is younger than jordan, while rodman was older by a year or two; In an interview between barkley and jordan on Oprah, barkley said that if he had rodman and pippen that he would have won some championships too; jordan never refuted that claim; and for jordan not wanting to win a championship with the wizards, your stupid, players play the game to win, not to lose

  • Yes, I am stupid, always with the good words when you have no arguments, don't you asshole ?

Barkley can say anything he wants, he DID had playes the quality of Rodman and Pippen, but didn't get anything, period. Jordan is his friend, of course he wouldn't say on TV "No you wouldn't have won anything even if you had the Dream Team around you" ...

Andsuuuure, Jordan played for the Wizards to win the Championship, everybody knows they were the big favorite for the title at the time LOL jackass

  • every player believes or should believe they can win a championship, its called heart and determination; Barkley is the greatest power forward of all time, so just because he didnt win a championship doesnt mean he's a loser

  • I'm not a huge Jordan fan but I give His Airness a TON of credit for playing as well as he did with the Wizards.

  • Jordan was lucky to play with PRIME Pippen and Grant. The Bulls had a Loosing % before Scottie and Grant every year even with Jordan ballhoggin. Infact the Bulls made it to the play-offs in 86 without injured Jordan playing just 7 games!. Grant and Pippen have a Winning% with the Bulls while Jordan never had one before they arrived and in 1994 Pippen and Grant again had a winning % loosing just 2 games less than 93 . I got proof: "The MORE USGE· % Pippen GOT the more Bulls WON!

  • Let me get this straight : Jordan was just a lucky player to have Pippen to win 6 titiles with the same team, while Barkley didn't win anything while playing with players such as Olajuwon, Drexler, Kevin Johnson, Majerle, etc ... I don't know what Barkley needed to win a titile .

  • @varacallijohn LOL. Hakeem, Chuck and Drexler got together when they all were a shadow of what they were in their primes. KJ was terrible the season Suns went to the Finals, and was equally awful during the Finals. Not his fault, he was injured most of the season. When he finally was healthy the next year in playoffs, it was Chuck who was hurt.

Not to mention that Charles true prime was spent in Philadelphia, he was better there than as an MVP in Phoenix. 1990 especially.

  • Dr J was 34-37 when he arrived. His rookie year he wasn´t a starter and Moses left in 1986. He didn´t even play the 86 play-offs. He had a good team with Phoneix but there where better teams especially defensively. No one thought the Suns would make it to the finals in 93. Chuck Daily called Barkle the 2nd Best Player after Jordan in 92. When he played in Houston he was 33 and his back was done, reason to why he wasnt the focal scorer. Then he had 2 back to back season injuries. Get ur facts!

  • Even gimping Charles posted 19+ ppg, 13.5 RPG & a career high in assists (5.2, I think?) during his first year with Houston. He probably extended Hakeem's career a little too by taking the rebounding burden off the Dream.

  • Dwight Howard & Charles Barkley are similar.

  • In what fkn way? Do you know basketball? Dwight Howard has all the physical tools of David Robinson. Barkley was 6'4", fast, intense, smart, a hell of a passer, and intimidating. NONE OF WHICH DWIGHT HOWARD IS.

  • @qAMajestic hahahaha keep wishin lil boy barkley would make dwight quit tha nba he wud be throwin him around in tha paint so much

  • So...can he shoot at all?

  • "So...can he shoot at all? " Check That Link Below

    watch?v=cAdMW4Hi8yI

  • Live the dunk at 1:18-1:20...backboard looked like it was going to give way.

  • Best PF in the NBA from 1985 to 1994 A Top 10 in EFF, PER and Statistical +/. OF ALL TIME

A PRIME AND ANGRY! SIR CHARLES WOULD DESTROY THIS PUSSY LEAGUE! if he was in his Prime and Healthy

  • @AceroySangre Damn, he was killin it as an older player in the final days before Stern's pussification of the league was complete.

  • @AceroySangre no he wouldnt he would just be getting suspended since the nba after the 90's added so many rules made it into pussy

  • @AceroySangre Charles Barkley is better than Tim Duncan

  • Im a life long Laker fan. And as such, I can appreciate the 6'4 rebounding machine with incredible offense and speed for his weight. A REAL BALLER. His body conspired against him but It was not enough to stop the Round Mound of Rebound.

  • I was never a Barkley fan, but man he was a great player. People clown on him now, but he left it all on the court, something that players today don't quite understand.

  • nobody plays like that nowadays everybody is soft, nothin like Bird, Barkley, the Bad boys or Jordan (to name a few) were. Ron Artest is the closest, and compared to the 80's and 90's (earlier), it ain't even close

  • why on earth did that dude at :46 slow down like he was tryna size up and dunk on chuck? one of the stupidest plays i've ever seen

  • It's called a "lookoff" dumbass. You SIMPLY to make the defender think that you're going to pass it. Chuck was just too smart to fall for it. It was Frank Brickowski...he was just a 6'10" 12th man, what do you expect from a scrub. Goes to show you've never played basketball before.

  • no he just forgot hes frank brickowski and i dont see what that has to do with playin bball

  • ight you might wanna get your eyes checked cuz he clearly stares at him before he takes off and considering he was 6'9 (look it up) and Barkley was 6'4, Brickowski probly thought he could dunk on Chuck, goes to show your dumbass can't dunk. (what the hells a "look off" you look off the basket, i've never ever seen anybody do that, he had a clear lane to the basket, you just needa play a little more basketball before you talk shit)

  • Little whore, you'd really better think before you type. "OOOOhhhhh I looked on a website to see Brick was 6'9"" lol...he was 6'10" fail. If you REALLY don't know what a lookoff is you cunt, it's YOU who'd better play more basketball or at least learn how to play it better. I feel sorry for you.

  • you needa chill out, I never thought i'd have an argument over the height of some dude who as you called him a "scub" or the fictional look off, you either are Charles Barkley, Brickowski, or some cranky dude who takes offense for the height of people who hardly ever took off their warmups, way to go

  • not really; he saw barkley coming towards him and got nervous, slowed down because he got scared and went up to dunk half ass and got blocked

  • They need to let the NBA players show each other up like Chuck did at 2:50. When someone is stomping on your ego you will play with more heart.

  • Yeah they should, but its because of these punks / pshychos in the nba today like carmelo, jr smith, nate robinson, ron artest, who start all in brawls that have made any sort of taunting, physical or verbal confrontation against the rules now. NBA is trying to nip any problems at the bud, by saying no taunting whatsoever now. It is a shame. In the day if someone got in your face, it'd make you try harder to get one back. The punks in the NBA today cant leave it all on the court

  • The NBA is a Piece of Shit witouth Sir Charles!

Fuck This NBA! Players Got No Heart!

  • Odd enough the sixers never got a quality post/big man presence after barkley. There have pretenders like Chris webber and Elton Brand and guys who tried but can never fill the shoes like Clarence Weatherspoon, Machulloch, Mutombo in at one point.

  • The best part of this video is at the 0:45 mark when Frank Brickowski of the Bucks forgets that he is Frank Brickowski, stares down Sir Charles on the break, and then tries to dunk on him. Charles swats it off the board and the ball ends up back near the foul line.

  • too good...

  • Charles uses number #32 only in 91-92 season,in honor of Magic Johnson ,that year Magic found the H.I.V. virus.

  • he found the hiv virus thats a funny way to put it im stealing that

  • You're the man for putting these videos up

  • Greatest Powerforward that Ever Played This Game in his PRIME 1985-1995!. End of ALl Discussions!

  • 2:40 best pass in NBA history

  • You got it on the money bluetron ... that pass is just SICC.

  • that pass was ridiculous accurate and fast enough that the defense could not react.
