Our deen is that of the mind. It tells us to use our minds to figure out whats right and wrong. We can't just follow blindly. If you were to open the quran and read it and understand you'd realize the true beauty of this religion

What you are sure of is your right but things that SCHOLARS are debating is out of the question. YOu think music is haram mashallah stay on that path if you like but don't push others into it.

It's true that some songs are haram (I'm not sure if this one is haram). Harams music is determined by the instruments they use in the song and the words. Every instrument that contains strings is haram, if he's not using that it's not haram.
