@thecoolestdad Pity you found Richards ''delivery'' to ''Full On''. As I have posted previously, he has to be loud and strident because he has no ''Amplification'' to help him out. My attitude is that real fans are too engrosed in the story ( true story ) hes telling to worry about his loud voice.
@wanderer1955 I agree with you 100%.I guess if I were there on his tour I wouldn't feel as I stated. But when just watching a clip here,I guess that is why I felt as I did.I was in London in 1985 and I wasn't aware of tours like this. Were tours similar to this kind being given back then?
@thecoolestdad Hes been taking Beatles fans on this tour for over 20 years as far as I know. Have you checked out my other clip where I go inside the Apple Building?
@wanderer1955 I did. And actually, I have seen it sometime ago and wasn't aware that when I posted my first comment here that you were the same person here that posted the video. That was cool my friend.I never even remembered the roof top concert when I was in London in '85.had I remembered I would have asked where it took place and gotten over there to see it.I have watched several video footage of the Beatles playing on top.I play bass am left handed and have a violin bass like Pauls.Cheers.
@MegaGibsonj Thanks for your comment. Yes its a case of ignore Richards ''style'' ( he has to be loud the crowds can be big and London is noisy ) and just listen an appreciate what he has to say.
Way cool! I love the graphics that the Wanderer Home Video put at the beginning of this too. I'm so glad the producer remembered everything I taught him about putting cool graphics in his videos.
Hi Robin ::::puts out red carpet for honoured guest::: thanks for dropping in. Did you notice how long the clip lasted for? Nobodys noticed yet. It IS significant.
909!! VERY cool. And I know why it's significant too as that's your favorite Beatles song. You're just too clever. You should have made it 910, then it would have been 1 after 909. *wink*
Sheesh!! If only I could remember everything you teach me!! To be honest, nobody noticed its 909, nevermind making it even MORE complicated. Take care.
Great footage. The guy doing the talking is Richard Porter a guide and great Beatle fan himself. I visited 3 Saville Road and many other beatle places with him. He also owns the little beatle cafe nearby Abbey Road. He is really great
Thanks for you comment. People have been leaving nasty comments about the guy doing the talking. saying he shouts too loud. he had 80 people with him in London Traffic. He did an amazing job. I do have footage about Twickenham but it REALLY needs me to look at it first.Dont know if it will make it to the channel.
