Why should the videographer have to move. I think that you should contact the neighborhood association and ask an attorney what to do. This is a form of terrorism. I would ask what to do on a higher level because this would not be tolerated if this were a Mayor's neighborhood or a Cop's neighborhood. You have the video evidence. Give us her number and let us take care of the problem. Perhaps your You Tube community can write letters or sign a pettition on line to cease this harassment.

There is not much you can do to them since they are staying on their property, but I would recruit some friends to fake them out - to drive your car and walk around your property. We confused our horrible neighbors this summer; every time we came home they would mow the lawn for three hours, etc., so we parked elsewhere and snuck up to our house, and enjoyed the peace and quiet until it was time to "come home." Now we've found a place to park the car and they don't know where we are. Try it.
