@Leofox94 this happens when you remove the ir filter, every camera has an ir filter,

but if you want to view the world without the ir filter you have to buy a cheap nightvision camera from ebay.

My webam has no IR filter by default. And it costed only $20. It even has builtin IR LEDs. Of course I wish I could add an IR filter though, as it makes everything look reddish in the darkness. But hey, I can calibrate that away.
