I think they purposely failed at the trick just to prove they don't care about tricks. Because if you look at the table, there's actually another tablecloth underneath the first one. This causes more friction, thus having a less smooth pull, which causes the glass and silverware to fall. This leads me to believe they were ACTUALLY successful at this trick at first and then had to change it to where they failed.

Those who even compare this bike in terms of power with other bikes like bmw S1000R are those guys who just read magazines and have no idea about riding them.SS bikes are mainly made for track and not for street use so do not just look at hp,top ends and comfort!

The commercial is clever and i like it, but Aprilia's basic premise is wrong -- at least when it comes to streetbikes. For proof, look at the WSBK Superstock 1000 results this season. It's been a complete shutout by Ayrton Badovini on his Beemer while the Aprilia RSV4s have been trailing far behind. As for the tricked out superbikes -- well, wait 'til next year when Leon Haslam's on a Beemer. I bet he'll give Biaggi a real challenge to his new championship (but sincere congrats to old Max!).

I own a BMW S1000RR -- it's a fantastic bike and much more practical for real world riding than the RSV4 (I've ridden it, too). Still, the Aprilia's terrific and so is this answer to the Beemer "tablecloth trick" campaign. It's good to see these "little guys" battling it out. The competition among Europeans BMW, Aprilia and Ducati will simply make Japan sit up and take notice and we'll all have better bikes for it. (Go Max, Go Troy, Go Ruben!)

several beemer motors blew up ... several other electrical trouble ... they need to update the software in the last release cause to limit power output along the entire range leaving the peak unaltered cause US guys they mostly look at peak hp where the beemer is completely dead in low-mid range.it gots also a shitty frames and without TC it losts even 2 seconds on track becoming one of the slowest liter bike.This bike is obsolete!
