the vocal was quite good and far from the worst i have heard but there was no real choreography, and wheres billy? I mean he has to be on stage at least with her looking at him

typically they don't look at the person unless the song is being sung with the person. she appears to be thinking the song, rather than saying it, so she wouldn't look at him.

Nice voice but she's poorly directed — assuming the guy she's singing about is sitting next to her, why doesn't she look at im at all?

thats how its normally done, i've seen many versions of anything goes, and i also stared as reno and every version was sung to the audience

Why does every production take this song so damn fast? It's supposed to be soft, slow, and dreamy....
Other than that, her voice is good. Not exactly the right infection for Reno, though...

I really think it has to do with what version of the play they are doing. In the original, reno sings this about billy, the revivals have her singing about evelyn. I feel like when she sings about billy, it's not as serious as when she sings about evelyn. But I totally agree, I hate it fast.

great vocals. and true- it's extremely hard to sing AND sit! kudos. i just didn't like the version. i like the song slower. definately not the singer's problem. great job overall.
