Actually, upper body strength is the LEAST important part of wrestling. Leg and cardio strength are what you NEED to work on. Cardio is obvious, but leg so you can stomp the mat to create loud impact sounds. There's a lot of "fatasses" in wrestling who can wrestle quite well.
