1. it doesnt matter how far he's going, a well trained hitman can knock a target dead even when in a moving vehicle

2. even with huge doors, the guy definitely has a blind spot

3. he cant fire that many rounds in every direction cause of risk of collateral damage, and even if he can, he still has a blind spot

4. you know, if you did it once, you can do it again, so shoot as long as it takes until only driver's left (too bad for bulletproof windows)

1) Finding such trained person is very hard. Most people overestimate the effectiveness of guns and expect more range, firepower than what could be provided reliably.

4) In urban landscape and moving target, at most you can have 20 seconds, depending on target.. You can't shoot 3 people on the move assuming that they replace people that fast.

This car is armored, but only to the extent of what's suitable for a Chevy Suburban-like vehicle. But RPG's can pierce even the strongest of armors. Keep in mind that this vehicle is to protect politicians against armed civilians. It is not to be used as a warfare vehicle.
