  • not just 60's influence. lots of Buddy Holly influence here too.

  • dope song

  • protex LEGENDS!!!

  • Went to the attic and pulled out the single. Listening now sounds faster than I remember it. A sort of DIY wrap a round sleeve on a budget but joy division's an ideal for living 7 inch single was done the same way, which bought in good vibrations! Anyway a feisty little tune no less.

  • i cant believe no one knows about this song! its so badass <3

  • Thanks for uploading. Not heard this classic for some time. 60's garage influence for sure.

  • Aint heard this for at least 20 years and it still has me pogoing round my living room...........much to the shock of my metal lovin kids..!!! Punk rock was and always will be the best thing that ever happened to music worldwide.!

  • brings back memories

  • The Libertines totally ripped off this song,

  • @scottkingofska The Libertines do have a song that sounds exactly like this, but I can't figure out what it is... what is it?

  • @desertshore67 Jack just says here, an he's as right as can be, Jack says 'it's Up The Bracket isnit?'

  • this is not eighties-sounding at all. mostly because it was released in 1978.

  • Always preferred Protex to the Undertones to be honest, great song!

  • Very eighties-sounding! I dig it! I love his vocal ability and guitar at the bridge... I'm also reminded somewhat of the old '50's Rock music. Very cool!
