LOL I have to be honest. I was super curious as to what Loco Moco was because I am latina and to us Loco means crazy and moco means boogers. So not to appealing. HOWEVER this was delicious! I can't wait to try it and serve it to my family telling them its called moco loco lol  Thanks for sharing this recipe. Loved the video
