@ttoale i'll tell you what you missed. a squad car presumably pulled up to the suspect's vehicle and shot the driver. or maybe they took the shot from behind, who knows... if they had pulled up alongside the suspect, then they could argue that he flashed a weapon. but if he was shot from behind then there is ZERO excuse for firing at the suspect.. either way the suspect was shot and incapacitated, which led to the crash.
