@initialdluvr Im surprised at how many people are still suck in time about North Korea. NK, China, and SK have controlled border policies which basically state you can visit at your own safety. In NK's situation people are allowed into China where they can secretly leave. Its really complicated but basically you can leave NK through china secretly, Just like how we can visit Cuba when we go through Canada as long as we dont get caught =)
