@ragnaroksama i dunno wut u looked up that gave u 600ms but i bought my Line 6 pedal for a good two hundred-something US dollars. it has alot of settings and it also has reverb which is also another type of echo effect. and on pedals like these every effect can be modified so that means everything from distortion to delay can somehow be modified to however u like.so i can set the decay of the delay so that it keeps playing for a while and using tremelo picking u can create this song

@jasono921 I set my delay at about .35 seconds with 8-10 repeats and use the bridge pickup to give me the most defined pickstrokes. Palm mute it fairly heavily too, or the notes run together. It came together a lot easier than I though. Little suggestion though: don't alternate pick. Do all downstrokes for most of the song. Makes it a lot easier to keep the timing perfect. Every little mistake will come back to haunt you like a dozen times...so be careful.

This dude's right, ya'll. This is an acoustic song. As you may know, Big Sur Moon is from Bucket's album Colma. There are no electric guitars in this album. Buckethead only plays the acoustic and bass. This is played acoustic-electric guitar; Buckethead uses a delay effect so that you're hearing the same sound more than once.
