i have a 2010 iom 1lt/rs camaro and it doesn't do that. it comes down without sticking to the weather stripping. but goes back up to seal from the water. if i was you id have that checked. chevrolet has had problems with the window hanger having alot of play in it and it is being looked at now by the manufacturers, but not all camaros have that problem. sometimes the pins on the hanger are put together too loose.
yea, only a very minimum amount of the camaros have the problem

that is wierd. my dads works fine, it clears it quickly and easily. u can open it faster than that and it wont do it.
