Theres a lot more than what you see.Granted I totally agree that is no way to handle someones package. There is custmer serv to consider. however the man I assure you is trained to handle the pk as best as he can(no he didnt handle it right in this instance) But if you had a taste of how fed Ex runs there employees N2 the ground you might understand his actions. no matter how good a job you do Fedex is never happy or appreciative of your hard work. FedEx ground is the slum lord of pack delivery

Whats up? I am a Fed ex home delivery driver. I would never throw anything over a fence. That guy has to be a temp for the holidays or new to fed ex. I promise you that that guy got fired. I would like to know why the sender didn't package this monitor better, it looked like it was right off the store shelf. Ted, why there was no signature required, wasn't that kind of odd? Today I got my software upgrade from Apple valued at $29 and UPS made me sign.

Last wk FedEx left me a post-it note for my iPad2. The next day I had an early appt came back home & saw no note so I waited for them until 9pm, I called & was told the driver didn't need to post again.

@LaMasHermosaRosa I say the same thing sometimes. How come I have to sign a package for something that costs less than $100. That computer monitor would have required a signature because if it gets damaged then FedEx is responsible.

Recently, I had to call them because their lazy asses didn't ship my package on Saturday because it was on Ground service? Couldn't they have extended the days so that people can receive their package on time? I hate FedEx!

@LaMasHermosaRosa Its the shipper that requires a signature. Not fed ex. Just sign the bottom of door tag, or leave a note and sign your name so we can leave it. Fed ex makes 3 del. attempts. depending on the driver. No one gets paid until the package is del. we dont want to keep them. Signatures are a pain for us. Call 1800gofedex to find rite where it is. U have several options.
