why did you cut those plugs, ive never seen that done before

@wolfe1227 You don't necessarily have to cut them like that, I just did it to show it more clearly on camera. Some people will cut them if they are trying to get as exact as possible with their jetting but it's not necessary.

i have a question i have a 2001 banshee i just put in the vito's carb kit...

and mine bogs and will not idle and right side pipe is cold but the other is hot this seems like a firing problem to me or in the electrical area???

any thoughts

Basically stock. Not big bore but really the things it covers is basic things like how to adjust the clutch, how to tear down, install pistons, cool head, TORS removal, and a bunch of other stuff.

the manual said to set the right carb to open first just a little b4 the left not at the same time

but the pistons draw in what they need , carbs just allow the vacumm to enter the cyls , the crossover is for the little exess,fuel/air if there is any

what does getting rid of the tors do??

The TORS is a crappy system that is suppossed to prevent the motor from running if the throttle were to ever get stuck but it causes more problems than it fixes so most people just eliminate it.

What does that do when you cut the electrode off of them spark plugs? I never seen that before. Nice Bike.

That's just so that you can see the electrode and get an idea of where your jetting is by the color.

You don't have to very often but yeah at some point you will end up doing it.

removing the electrode like that will allow it to get hotter, youll never get the correct jetting like that, just a guesstament

If you are talking about when I cut the threads off of the spark plugs I think you are confused about what I was doing. I cut them off to show you the brown ring at the base of the ceramic AFTER I had run the plugs in the bike.  I'm showing you what to look for so you know what to do with your jetting, those plugs are no longer usable after that.
