this is becoming one of my favorite channels on youtube :) but i also loved vender tv :D unfortunately, i'm not the biggest fan of mushrooms... but i really WANT to like them... do you have an suggestions for a good mild mushroom recipe? :)

@tokyoxjapanxfan Wow! Thanks. Appreciate the fact that you're enjoying it so much. You can use any mushrooms you want, so you can go with a mild one… but I think you should learn to love the shroom. :)

That looks amazing! I love mushrooms and cheese...and bread! Have you ever cooked with chanterelle mushrooms? I have friends who pick them and we cook them in butter, salt and pepper. That's it. They are soooo good!

Mushrooms that look like oysters, shallot gives a little sweet taste,can't say our gf that Mushrooms look like oysters lol, looks tasty but expensive they don't sell oyster mushrooms in here, what camcorder are you using to record this for us?:)Thank you!

Off topic, but I was wondering if you do the filming and editing yourself for this series or if you have help. I've thought about doing a video-a-day for a month, but it could get really difficult because I do all my own filming and editing (I make sewing tutorials). If you have any advice for me I would love to hear it! :)

@aglanceatmyworld I do all of the production and post production at home. My girlfriend and I shoot it together on a Canon 7d, record audio with an H4N and an Audio Technica mic and edit in Final Cut Pro. I think the best thing i can suggest is look carefully at your limitations and think creatively about how you can make something shine, given the constraints you have.
