I'm still having trouble with a damaged tendon and it looks as if it is going to take some time to mend. I used to play for at least 2 hours a day ... at the moment I can only manage a few minutes.

Sounding sweet! It's great to see you playing again, and I hope that left hand heals fast. A hand injury is like a guitarist's worst nightmare, especially the left. I injured my right once years ago, and I managed to tape a flat pick to the bandaging so I could at least keep picking (sort of). Without the left, you're dead in the water.

The hand problem just will not go away at the moment ... I've damaged the ulnar collateral ligament (fell over when I was pissed) and I just hope that it doesn't require surgical repair ... not after looking at your photos anyway.

Sorry to hear that Michael, my bicep tendon is coming along very good, about 80% back...but as far as the iron goes, I doubt that I'll be back up there, the foot was dislocated so bad that they expect arthritis to set in, and one day a fusion of the foot and ankle.
