hey dude, I have an xrc buggy with a header pipe(23cc) and if i did the same revs your are doing the tyrer would egg and peal off!! no joke.....and xrc- 2 buggy is a cheap ooo
There are 2 exit points on the pipe. One on the end & one in the middle. Plugging either will give you different performance. Leaving them both open is another option. It is what would be called a tunable style pipe. Hope this helps you understand.

Theres something seriously wrong with the engine!Those tyres should balloon at top RPM,and it looks like you have a bind in the drive train.

We modify the foams & tires to not do that. That is one of the reasons people have poor handling at top speeds.
