  • Holla! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my cooworker got hot 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

  • Hello, nice video. I had better results with Intellectus 424 diet (Google it) You can probably download it for free. The results are outstanding! Me and my friends lost all our fat within weeks.

  • Had a stint placement myself and am 52 yrs old but if anyone does 2/3 of this 3 days a week would be EXCELLENT influence. Safety for me is 90 second rest period between sets. Rock your favorite "ego boosting" music during your session becomes a party.

  • Burpee/Chin-up combos are such a great exercise! I used to do 30/90 intervals with Burpee/Pull-up combos at home, doing clap push-ups in the push-up phase for an added challenge.

  • this doesnt make any sense... half of these workouts dont even help your abs... at all. he went from a leg/shoulder work out to an arm lower back work out to shoulder back work out... wtf? am i trippin or am i just right?

    answer to you it does worko your abs cause to get abs youve got to burn all yourbodyfat and you will get it without crunches cause everybodys got it under the fat !

  • Somehow it was easier for me to do the pullup-knee up then a regular pullup...

  • Then you probably used momentum with your legs to raise your knees, instead of controlling the motion.

  • Umm so then how shud i do it...should i like raise my knee once i reach the top or sumthing?...

  • Yes that's a solution, or raise your legs slowly while pulling yourself up.

  • Your doing it right - it IS easy compared to strict pullups...Craig mentions it in the written version of the workout. Great workouts from this guy!

  • Thanks Craig. This is really an awesome workout! Just one question. I want to keep my lower back strong, but did not notice any lower back exercises (isolated ones anyway). Does the lower back get worked as well from these exercises?
