@ajmpinoywolf No, its not the same, first theres the physical side of it, instead of stopping fast and slowly descending to the ground your stopped suddenly then yanked back upwards putting a hell of a lot of force on your body. Theres also the mental side of it where instead of jumping out of a plane where the ground is ages away, your jumping out of a box where the ground is seconds away.

He did not unhook himself. I did this jump, it's what you are supposed to do, so they can pull you up,. sitting up and not head down... You are supposed to pull a red rope by your leg after jumping, that unhooks the cord to your legs and then you can sit in the harness...
