@IssacEsPiNoZa1 buy a random house but press buy and rent out, then where it says adjust put it to 100%, then save and quit, go to the system settings, date and time, and change the year up, then after that go back to the game, and when you get the money save, change the year back to what it was or lower, then do it over again
