you should be priming all your models with spray, not just metal models, and don't use spray paint use a basecoat spray that is made for undercoating miniatures you can find some at any hobby store

First, Go blood angels. Free codex. whats better than that? then you get a free unit for every squad (the units are bad ass!), and go with a commander 3 or 2 plus save(depends on how u build him) with TONS of upgrades. Jump pack and a pair of lightning claws are my favorite. plus if u don't want to be them anymore you can say u are another kind of space marine. Paint them however you want!

It's a matter of preference. The Orks generally have MUCH larger numbers, but their accuracy sucks and they have very little armor. Space Marines are like the Spartans of the 40k 'verse. They're good all around models, but they lack in numbers...in most cases, Space Marines are a player's first army, but this doesn't NEED to be the case...

you paint orks green coz their nickname is "green skins" space marines are way better than orks because they have more elite troops better weaponery and they have way better tanks than the orks

wrong, "green skins" is a general term, orks skin can vary, from properties within the atmospher etc, so green isnt the one and only colour. DOnt think space marine are the best because your 12 and everyon else rolls them, when they are fairly easy to beat. Orks are the strongest army atm due to the fact they have the latest codex, new models, new rules etc. If space marines are so superior, why is it takign 12

Stuffed that up. Continuing: Why is it taking 12 chapter just to hold back an orc horde. Orks are impossible to remove from the galaxy, and the combined efforts of the imperium, and space marines couldnt do it. If all the orks band together and fought, they'd come out the succesors, however, they are to busy fighting amonst themselves.

Yup. I've been in the 40k universe for almost 3 years and I run an unsuccessful generic marines list (with the new codex, which sucks by the way) and an extremely successful tyranid army to kill them all. Orks can, in 40k only, be red, black, or white. Anything. In fantasy it's stricter. The reason why orks cannot be ultimately wiped out is because they are, it's pathetic I know, grown from mushrooms (spores to be more specific). It's like mold, it never goes away. Actually, IT IS MOLD! lol

yeah they can only really loot things like tanks and sentinals (the imperial guard walker things) as they are directly controlled by something inside. They can not loot something like a wraithlord because a wraithlord is an actual living being and therefore can not be high jacked. Same with drednaughts, orks cant look them either because although there is a space marine inside the dred, he is not controlling with a control pannel or anything, he controls it with his nerve impulses
