When we are research places of archeological interest, we bury the bones back to the ground, but before that we call an antropologist and ask what is it and how old is it and what was the cause of the death, we then write it down. However when we find arrow head, spear heads and similar thing we examine it closer and bring it back to the university. Good hunting. (Pardon me for my not so good english, cause I'm from Lithuania and I study archeology in Vilnius University).
That jaw is most defintely a canid, either a dog or (possibly) wolf. They would have had domesticated dogs so I wouldn't be surprised if that's the family pet. The tooth is interesting, could be elk by the size of it.
Great Video!, I have been watching you on youtube for a few years, looks like the cave is still giving up secrets!.. Awesome! if you ever need help digging, let me know. I'll fly in from Boise. :)
Wow, wish I could find something like that to crawl into. I'm sure that over 2,000 years ago that cave was a lot more open. Just think of the amount of leaves that have been blown into the cave in that time span. It tends to build up! Can't wait to see more. DIG DIG DIG!!!!
Really nice finds, I would say it is tough lying down and trying to dig with very little room to move. But on the up side, look at all the stuff youve brought out. ...Well worth it. Great vid!
You're being modest, saying you didn't find much. You've got a good spot, you're hardcore, and I love seeing everything you bring outta there! Would guess bison, on the tooth, and agree on some kind of large canine, maybe Red Wolf, that used to be in Mo.. Thanks for posting and Happy Holidays!
@creekdalton Thanks a lot! I admit I get motavated by hearing all the positive feedback. Thanks for watching and best of luck on your future hunts! Merry Christmas!
IT WOULD BE COOL TO GET ALITTLE HONDA GENERATOR AND LIGHTS UP THERE OR SOME LANTREENS AND CAMP OUT IN THERE AND DIG ALL NIGHT.SEEMS TO ME YOU SHOULD DIG OUT FRONT FIRST AND WORK YOUR WAY BACK IN SO IT WILL STAY OPEN FOR YOU YOUR GONNA DIG ALL THAT DIRT OUT SOONNER OR LATER ANYWAYS,THERES PROBALLY ARTIFACTYS THERE 6 FOOT DEEP IN THE GROUND.THAT WAS PROBALLY ALL OPEN AT ONE TIME AND JUST FILLED IN OVER THOUSANDS OF YEARS
I live in Central Texas and I have found 3 of those teeth that look exactly like that one. I asked around and they all think it is from a horse.

@Primitive1188 After watching it again, I noticed you said the stuff was only a few inches deep. Maybe it wasn't that much bigger years ago? Hmmm...
