70+ miles by car, passing Fulham, Brentford, Chelsea, QPR, Arsenal, Spurs,Leyton Orient, Millwall, Crystal Palace, Charlton, West Ham, Barnet, Watford, Stevenage and Luton as you make your way to a "home" game. Other league clubs that are closer than the "only" place close enough for Wimbledon to build a stadium include Wycombe Wanderers, Reading, Dagenham & Redbridge, Gillingham, Aldershot and Brighton. Wimbledon should be back in power in the premier league. I used to support Wimbledon FC for a while until they collapsed. Until then, now I'm a Chelsea FC supporter.
