@renetescorts Adi is very eligible to teach yoga, she just made one mistake. Adi's classes are some of the best, i have alot of love for her yoga, because if i didnt discover yogatoday, then i would probably be dead. Crazy as it sounds but in many ways Adi is an angel to me and many others. In yoga its not really more about whats right or wrong, its more about breaking free and melting the heart into the brain....We learn to think with our hearts which sets our minds to a higher understanding.
