  • I finally un-socialized myself and learned to give up my shoes completely. I hike and jog barefoot whenever possible now. It's a joyous and liberating feeling. :o)

  • hey congratu.... good-looking feet, really (Y)

  • Gross... No one wants to see male barefeet.

  • Was in die fich ist allen die barfuss?

  • You have the prowess and agility of a cat, and it's beautiful to watch.

  • Soo cool, 0-)

  • Good movement! The thought to most of having no shoes sounds scary. However, like Josh states, "Keep your wits about you." Now for me I am building up slowly wearing Vibram Five-Fingers when I go for a run (also because of the Texas heat of 107degrees & surface of cement 120degrees). Parkour I practice with shoes. Eventually, I will train barefoot when I free run! It's all about building up slowly with progression. Train strong and live free...

    Peacefully Stay, Traceurs!!!

  • all light clothing, t shirt, shorts and barefoot in a natural environment, not many people on the streets and relaxing break beats music that's what parkour should be about. im going to go try this myself soon any tips for starting out? i have trained in plimsolls before so i should be OK

  • I always love wearing no shoes, I feel as though shoes are a false sense of security, a barrier between us and our environment that should definitely be overcomed once in a while by all true Parkour practitioners. [:

  • Magnificent. Bravo!

  • So Natural

  • Seven people are afraid to take of their shoes.

  • great!

  • just sum advise. u shud get som shoes. i reckon this is bad for u.

  • boy you should buy shoes first instead of camera

  • ...untill you stand on glass

  • How high can you fall if you're barefoot and do a roll when landing?

  • you may rest your barefeet on me at anytime.

  • Great camera work! loved the video!

  • aways look where your feet are going .

  • I can't parkour barefoot because of all the glass on the streets :< But I use vibram fivefingers

  • THAT WAS THE COOLEST THING I HAVE EVER SEEN!

  • cool video!

  • You have really good flow

    Nice video!

  • Cool man!

  • you have like a little monkey inside of you

  • SICK!!! thanks for this :)

  • you are so good at parkour barefoot

  • LOL your feet must be as strong as stone.

  • Meh... I could do that in my sleep...! Unfortunately, it would be in the form of a dream, so it probably doesn't count! Seriously impressive stuff mate.. have you ever thought about training as a professional stuntman? With films like Casino Royale and Banlieue 13 making Parkour more prominent to us regular people, there is certainly a market for it, and you're clearly bloody talented!

  • Wow, very cool vid.

  • i have just started barefoot running, and i want to get into parkour. How do you keep your feet from getting scraped up and getting stubbed toes? And how about rough asphalt and such? Thanks so much, and AMAZING vid!

  • keep your wits about you.

  • why would you ever do bare foot parkour?

  • @1l1keg1rls Because he's very good at it? Duh.... I know jack shit about Parkour, but it looks to my hopelessly untrained eye that it instills discipline, gives you extra flexibility, makes you more aware of your surroundings, and more likely to take extra care to land correctly.

  • @1l1keg1rls

    Better grip.

  • o_O 5*

  • if you mean pistols then i suggest you stop as i see no real benefits and they often result in patellar tendonitis.

i'd been training for two years when i made this.

    take care!

  • if you feel the need to train high impact movements then just build up to them. Make sure you start small. Would also probably be a good idea to start weight training. Olympic lifting is a good way of conditioning the legs and posterior chain for high impact movement.

  • great video, a wonderful celebration of bare feet. additionally, you are a very athletic young man. kudos to you.

    keep em dirty and bare,

  • So cool! Very nice. It's like you're wearing a shoe, but you're not. Nice!

  • Hotness!! More motivation ta kick it with nuthin but sole. Keep it goin bro just don't fall off a buildin or something! Another form of freestyling at it's best.

  • wish we had architecture like that for parkour in the US, or at least in the area i live

  • So, did the cops ever catch you? :o)

  • I'm impressed by how light you are on your feet. Although, I guess that's to be expected. Barefooting forces you to fine-tune your body mechanics.

  • nice climb ups man

  • Seriously impressive! I'd probably break every bone in my body if I tried that! :)

  • That's good stuff! You should check out Vibram Five Fingers, they seem like they'd be right up your alley.

  • I don't really see the appeal. And they're mighty expensive.

  • You're so right. If you can do this barefoot (and you surely can!), you don't need to spend money on the VFF.

  • wow!! ....he jumps like the incredible hulk

  • Some awesome barefoot agility you have yourself there. Not to sound patronizing, but I really think you're very gifted, Josh Jarman. How long have you been practicing your craft?

  • all your videos are amazing! Keep training! You are awesome!

  • OMG 0:48

  • thats sick i love the video man should train with you again soon

  • Hey whrersyur SHOZE?

I liked it when you went fast and didn't have the foot clothng! Really cool.

Getting up the walls could have been faster, looked like you held back due to not wanting to put much force into your bare foot; is that correct ou non?

End bit was cool, AND THE MUSIC IS RAD, can I have it please?

  • aye, tis all true.

    intro ting =

    portico quartet - Zavadoski Island

    main =

CocoRosie - God has a voice, she speaks through me.

thanks for the kind words man.

  • So awesome. Loved it man. :D

  • is that all?

thought there might be more to say :P

  • okey dokey.

Basicaly man, the only things I can comment on are elbow related. On the L Seat keep em locked, the stability should be coming from your shoulders (you can do V Seats I'm sure, just tilt back by pushing with your shoulders and lift feet). Same advice with the wallrun at CPC, flick up to locked elbows locked then kick your legs straight up from that, if you do it right you wont feel any shock and it will take a lot of time off the climb up. :)

  • nice vid m8 :)

  • bestest video panda meat has made XD

    NOICE ONE MAN

  • oh toebee, your praises make me happy.

  • Pretty sick mate
