In Osaka now and yes the homeless here is a huge prob but looking at them compared to foreign countries such as US and Euro Japanese homeless work damn hard in gov programs such as cleaning. Also the gov lets them live in communities (large) in major areas unlike other countries.

And just because AlJazeera does a short film on homelessness in Osaka doesn't mean they're ignorant of or indifferent to homelessness in American cities. This clip is about Japanese homeless, so that's what it's about. Simple enough.
