there were 3 important moments- at 3:00 I said to myself - "oh he's rock climbing now? well that's just silly" at 5:45 I said "damn, that was a high jump down into a snow bank" and around 7:00 I'm giddily laughing because now he's frickin' skiing! AWESOME VIDEO!
I doubt you ran the whole way up without stopping every 15-20 seconds or so ... It's cool that you got the shot for the viewers, but can you actually run up the mountain as fast as it looks like you are in the segments you shot?
Did you really do that in less than 8 minutes? Obviously you had multiple people with cameras, but is this an accurate representation of how long it took? Amazing.

If this is lame, then I don't know what is cool. He is moving up a gnarly mountain in running shoes, shorts, gloves, and a singlet. Watching this, to me is cooler than watching someone run a sub four minute mile. This is human movement at its finest.
this is a freaking mix of running, mountaineering, free-solo-climbing, freeride-skiing and canyoning!! :DD and everything without: climbing shoes, freeride-skis and wetsuite haha
well spotted Keegan & thanks heaps Jared - will pass that on. Aussies at 2 word press blogs (runeatsleeprun & Ultra168) have been loving that and tweeting it about over here. Frickin' love the running. Watched that clip 4 times first day i saw it and still jaw-to-the-floor each time. Killer.
MAAAAAD running and clip. Let's face it runners, shoes don't make the run - the runner does... But WTF are you wearing on your feet to cross from single track running to snow to rockclimbing to skiing? Genuinely curious. And hope Red Baull have seen this - make sure they do. Holy f*ck.
@knoxalike1 He's only going fast for a small part at a time, not the whole course. He gets to wait for the camera man to pass him many times. More of an interval run, but he can run for sure. :)

I have a few curiosity questions.
1. I see the post below but it's not by the uploader, but on this particular run was it filmed in segments with just one video camera?
2. Is it 3.2 mi to the top or 3.2 roundtrip?
Love the video. This is my favorite type of running.
