@AnneIsLove12 Clinique has a bottom lash mascara and I'm pretty sure that's the one she used. You can get it at Sephora. Maybelline has a mini brush too.

I don't care if you spent hours editing this; I'm pretty positive a lot of people including me would rather see a good, quality, interesting yet wearable, original, useful look than a boring ass, no time look with amazing editing.
