  • Tabs???? The Cars Rock! (Benjamin Orr; one hot bassist)

  • what amp is it in?

  • Mines is a 2004 and it's still in good condition

  • Man, I haven't picked up a bass since 1999

  • guitar at 1:27 fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

  • cool bass!

  • I'd appreciate your opinion. I see you own several bass guitars. I own a Fender Jazz and Precision bass (both MIM) but I also want an short scale (the Mustang Bass cost is too high). I have seen the Epiphone EB0, Squire Bronco, Gretsch Jet Junior and Ibanez Micro short scale bass's on the market. How do you like your EB0 bass? I just want a small scale to practice on while I'm sitting in my living room chair. Thanks.

  • is it a Gibson? i never seen a EB-0 whith two picups

  • original pickups? this sounds better than my eb03

  • Yep, the original pickup

  • @creepingnet do you recommend it, even thought it only has a 30.5 inch neck? what about the EB3?

  • Worst bass i've ever bought, not making fun of your playing or anything I just had a very bad experience with that bass.

  • lol, not my fav either, I tend to prefer it for ballads, I'm almost toying with selling it right now as I like my Mustang bass waaaaay better.

  • @parkmrr Yeah- I think it really depends on what factory it came from- saw one and it looked like junk serial number starting with SJ or something, finally tracked down one of the good, newer ones, made in 06 - serial number starting with UC0 looks and plays a million dollars.....

  • "Fantastico" beautiful Bass Guitar & great sound too. Thanks fer di vid. =0)

  • I have 2 EB-0 (One belong to my daughter she learning) I found the best strings are D'Addario EXL220S SHORT SCALE STRINGS. Do not put long scale strings on a short scale neck. Unless you have a EB-3 Which I also have. Love Epi's

  • I'm thinking about getting that bass. I hear it's quite decent, is it worth the money? I played it a bit ago at Guitar Center, there was a bit fret buzz. D:

  • Yeah, Guitar Center is not exactly a place well known for having their guitars setup well, actually, that's most non mom and pop music stores. I figure the discount on those guitars includes the lack of a cost of setting them up.

  • fender 9050s are the best bet, the smoothness and tension cures fre buzz....

  • I have the same bass but i can never get that sound like that on mine. =(

    What amp are you using?

  • Oddly enough, I was using the Fender Tweed setting on my Behringer V-Amp Pro, I don't have a bass amp, I just use my guitar modeling amp and tweak the frequencies to find the way to make it sound good.

  • Ok, thanks.

  • I have that bass. What strings do you use on it?

  • I still have the original ones on it, but it's getting GHS strings next go round.

  • i might get one of those epiphone eb-0 reissue sgs

  • I've always loved this song!

  • Fantastic, and that's a nice bass you have there. Very nice. I do like the sound of the Mudbucker. I'm also a fan of short scales, too.
