  • My motherboard doesn't seem to have an Initial Display First option, and I can't get it to display off the discrete video card. I have an AMD A6 with the Radeon 6530D APU and I'm trying to connect it to my Radeon 6570 on the pci slot.

  • @AGenericAccount Try to read the instructions on settings up Dual Graphics in your motherboard manual.

  • hi, i've a question, can i used any brand of graphics card?

like gigabyte, sapphire or asus for the ATI 6670 and 6570?

  • @spokz45 Yes, every brand will work.

  • @Nicolas11x12TECHX alrite thanks :)

  • hi ty for ur vid, it gives me the idea of crossfiring my a6 and 6570.

but i thing i dont understand is how do u get to the configuration part? (sorry im a no tech guy)

  • @plasticgod307496 Thanks, you could also look up the instructions in your motherboard manual.

  • @XtreamPC1 Yes, it does.

  • hi! I have a A8 3850 CPU.I'm confuse about buying a 6670 DDR5 will have better result than 6670 DDR3 or not ?Please help!! And explain!!

  • @roy392003 Get the HD 6670 DDR3 version, because you will not benefit from the GDDR5 version, since the integrated graphics has DDR3 Memory and will turn GDDR5 into DDR3 anyways.

  • @roy392003 any reply??Please!

  • @roy392003 I already replied.

  • Some reason when i right click ccc it says i'm using two 6550D's.........

I can't update the 6670 anymore.... When I try to update the normal 6550D (the one in the llano 3850) It turns into a sumo 9640 and I can't use dual graphics.. PLeASE HELP!!!

  • @hanseykemmerer Uninstall your graphics drivers, even the AMD Vision Engine Control Center. Then unplug your computer from the wall and take out the CMOS battery for 2 minutes. Then put it back in and set up the Dual Graphics configurations in the BIOS. Save the changes and boot into Windows. Now install install the latest graphics drivers, even the one with the Hotfix. Then restart your computer and start the Control Center. Now enable CorssFire and restart your computer. Try that out! :)

  • they added the HD6670 crads to support A6 series in Dual-graphics allready

  • @666xDavid Yes, I know, I'll add an annotation.

  • @Nicolas11x12TECHX Thx. Love ur vids. Keep up the good work!;)

  • @666xDavid Thank you very much! :)

  • is it possible to use the discrete graphics cards as default output for dual graphics? I cant set it up this way.

  • @kreutzere No, I don't think so, but I'm not 100% sure.

  • @Nicolas11x12TECHX somewhere I've read a guide for this but cant find it anymore and I didnt save the page :( there is two way to set my IGFX on my Asus F1A75-V Pro but either way I get the display onboard... not on the vga. And honestly this Vision Control Center is ridiculous. I am quite disappointed after the very old catalyst system ( I havent used an AMD since years now)

  • @kreutzere I think the new AMD Vision Engine Control Center is an improvement, but unfortunately it's often very buggy and causes lots of problems.

  • Ive got them in crossfire but i dont notice a difference at all, i feel like its still running off the apu

  • @xbackfiirez Make sure you've set everything up in the BIOS. To measure the difference in performance benchmark the APU alone and write down the score and then after setting up the Dual Graphics configurations run the same benchmark at the exact same settings again to see if there's any change. If there isn't a change check into the BIOS again and/or get the latest drivers, including the one that contains the Hotfix.

  • @Nicolas11x12TECHX My 6670 is DDR3 might that be the reason why?

sorry if im annoying u with all these comments

  • @xbackfiirez No, DDR3 is totally okay. You don't need a GDDR5 card for this setup, because the APU will turn it into DDR3 anyways so it's compatible with the integrated graphics. So no, that definitely can't be the reason and don't worry, you don't annoy. Just keep the questions coming, even if there are thousands of them. ;)

  • @Nicolas11x12TECHX OMG I love you so much plz have my baby's

  • @xbackfiirez Umm, thank you? Does that mean it worked?

  • @Nicolas11x12TECHX Yes it does, thanks for all the help man

  • @xbackfiirez Finally it worked, no problem. I'm glad I could help :)

  • @Nicolas11x12TECHX *sigh* ive tried everything you've told me to, but yet no performance difference even when it sais it in dual graphics mode.FML.

  • @xbackfiirez Okay, try the following things. At first uninstall the graphics driver completely, even with the VISION Engine Control Center. Everything must be removed. Then turn of your PC and unplug it from the wall. Then take out the CMOS battery for like 2 minutes and put it back in. Then boot into the BIOS and enable all the settings for Dual Graphics. Now save the settings and boot into Windows. Now re-install all the graphics drivers. Then restart the PC and enable CrossFire. Try it :)

  • do you have to have the moniter plugged into the graphics card and the motherboard?

  • @xbackfiirez No, that will not work. Just follow the instructions I gave in the video.

  • with the amd a6 you can use...hd6450, 6570 or 6670 !!!

  • Sorry but thx anyway

  • Hello I'm trying to get to my bios but my keyboard is not on until windows boots up. I have tried to use an old wireless p/s2 keyboard but still nothing. All my drivers are updated and I have no where else to turn so help would be nice thank you :D

  • @lolzngames Try pushing the key that leads you to the BIOS all the time until you get to see the BIOS screen itself. Try using a corded keyboard and see what happens as well.

  • @Nicolas11x12TECHX Thank You for the reply but i found another way. I just simply downloaded this thing called Touch Bios and it made it simple :D

  • i cant seem to find this because its not n my bios i have a boistar mobo and trying ot crx the a4 3300 and 6450 but it wont work

  • @jdm1080p What's the motherboard model?

  • @Nicolas11x12TECHX biostar TA75m+

  • Comment removed

  • @jdm1080p I had a same motherboard with you.

  • @jdm1080p Step 1: Insert a Dual Graphics-ready graphics card into the PCIe slot.

Step 2: Set the BIOS setting as follows:

    [Chipset]→[North Bridge]→[Surround View]→[Enabled]

Step 3: Enable AMD Crossfire in the AMD VISION ENGINE Control Center (in my video)

  • @Nicolas11x12TECHX yea i got that part but when i change it to the surrounf enableld thing and save then exit i the thing has no signal in the motherboard ports or the video card ports

  • @jdm1080p Try switching between HDMI, VGA and DVI.

  • @Nicolas11x12TECHX Do you know if this will work with pre-built computers? I have the HP p7-1126 with the A8-3800 APU. I have a Radeon 6570 so it should work. I have ALL drivers and the control panel for the AMD VISION. and I have tried enable the crossfire from both intergrated and the discreet GPU. But When I go to BIOS i cannot find the INIT setting anywhere in my bios. I have checked almost all the settings. If you can help me in any ways it would be MUCH appreciated! thanks

  • thanks! it really help me :)

  • @chibinuyasha2 No problem, I'm happy I could help! Thank you :)

  • Does my mobo have to support crossfireX, or would it work with any crossfire supporting mobo?

  • @tehnoobguy1 Yes, it is supported.

  • nice

  • @MixerGamingHD Thank you! :)
