Im new to this fimo stuff and iv watched a bunch of these vids and iv noticed everyone appears to use very little presure or blending to attach things like teeth and even scales. Does this material bond on contact even if you dont fully work it in like with regular gray clay?
@Dexxxter7780 If the clay is soft enough it don't take much to make the pieces to stay in place. You don't have to work it in like with regular gray clay, not all the time at least!
do you glaze and fire theme in a kilm like thing like pottery? or are they moveable after construction? things like this would be awesome for stop animation.
I absolutely love your work I think its amazing! I'm sooo inspired by you and I wish you continue to inspire others! I am from now on a dedicated subscriber!
thanks sosososo much for this fantastically detailed tutorial! could you possibly do one on a dragon-like creature? christmas is comign up and i would love to make one for myy dragon obsessed sister!
in other videos ive seen that they use wires to keep there structures together do you do this sometimes? or is it not always necessary and do you kno any good books i should read on sculptures that go in depth how to do thing
@staone1 I don't think it's necessary to buy a book for this sort of things. I can be fun to read but it's easier to just sculpt whatever you want to, This was a long long time ago, an old video. I use wire now but for these I didn't have to
