I found it to be relieving to take a hot shower , but then after you're out of it , for about 10-15 minutes it starts again... Also i've been told not to get into hot baths because the skin will dehydrate even more ... But what the fuck am I supposed to do? God kill me

Heres what you do, go get in a warm shower, and SLOWLY make it hotter and hotter. The skin is healing and wont be damaged, and the heat wont cause pain at this point. IT DOES WORK!!!

i have like super pale skin and in the summer i tan alot, and this has happend more than once. lotions are ok but what ive found to work is..cutting up brown paper bags and soaking them in vinegar and laying them all over the red areas the vinegar has some type of mega moisture to it and it helps soothe the dry itchy skin but the itch is unbearable and like i said i have found this to work amazingly so i hope it helps!!!

1. Run aloe Vera all over the itch keep doing that and don't use your nails use your hand keep rubbing for like 10 minutes
2. Take a cool shower and wash it off
3. Buy "dermoplast" at walmart etc for 9.99 it has no sting it is not cold it helps itch and sunburn and antibacterial with aloe vera
4. Spray it don't use the hole can spray it on your itch and burn then but a shirt on a tight one on like a polo
5. Wait about a minute and it should be gone.
6. When ever you feel the itch starting
