How did you get all of the cores to the cake? I know how to get them all at once at the final boss, using cheats, but how did you get them to the cake?

I used the noclip option in the last room to get to the cake room and put a portal there and one in room where GlaDOS is and put the cores through the portal. I arranged them on the table and there you have it. I actually used to cake room to focus on each personality sphere.

take an active turret with you until just before the final hall to GLaDOS

set up the turret facing down the hall and fire a portal at the floor through the center of it's back then go into the final hall.

place a portal on the floor at the third window back from the emancipation grill while facing GLaDOS' room.

run passed the portal and into the LOS of the turret which will shoot you and will also hit GLaDOS knocking off her cores
