1.get a drumming and/or drum set basics book(will help)

2.was that cymbal designed to be placed upside down?(btw, way too tight)

3.possibly better equipment(i.e. heads, cymbals, sticks, etc.)

4.if possible look into buying a method book to help with your rhythms.

5.when hit your sticks at the beginning it's meant to set the speed of the rhythm, not just to look cool.

6.you're lifting your sticks way too high.

7.if possible,geta teachr
