Played any FF games before? To use blue magic/enemy skill/whatever, you normally have to learn it by having the enemy use it on you first.
In this game, you must have the passive ability Learning equipped on the learner to learn the blue magic that is cast on you. It is taught to Human Blue Mages by the Blue Saber weapon.
hey I just started this game and I have a clan member who's a blue mage. I don't know what to do with him. Are you saying I need to equip him with a blue saber to get the learning ability? I'm really confused sorry!
Equip a Blue Saber on your Blue Mage. Go to the abilities menu and select the passive ability Learning. You can now learn enemy skills used on your Blue Mage. Once you get all the AP needed to learn Learning, you can learn enemy skills as a different class.
Ability points. You get a fixed amount after winning a battle. Each ability has its own number of AP needed for it to be learnt.
Beastmasters control beasts. Once you've gained control over one, you'll be able to select his next action when his turn comes. With skills that the enemy won't ever use against you (White Wind, Mighty Guard et al), you'll need a Beastmaster to force him to do it.
i know all the answer in your question my marche have lots know of being blue mage i just control the animals by the use of beastmaster then i use the anmals that i control aganst marcher
i had him as ninja with double sword, than made a combo (there was 1 other character around) and one hit famfrit, no one else got any damage on eighter teams XD, i hit for 63 than combo for 342, that was enough to take him out in one shot XD
True, it's impossible to get all the abilities that would make me survive longer (Mighty Guard, Angel Whisper etc.). If I had those, it would be a lot easier.
actually, it just takes some work to do so, I'm not sure if Acid or bad breath can be used to get a charm status, but you should be able to use a combination of laws, and situation setups to get at least white wind. I've done it without charm, I just surrounded a low HP confused Sprite with only White wind, and banned fight, however, in an SSCC, that takes a lot more work to setup.
I tried stuff, including surrounding the unit (immobilizing it and standing next to it, rather), but the enemy never uses White Wind when you're around, regardless of whether they are confused. Acid and Bad Breath never apply Charm, either.
Before I remembered I could learn Poison Claw, I had a much longer strategy to beat this guy. Instead of Poison Claw, I would try to get 15 MP to be able to cast Stare on the Ahrimen, get a JP for it and then Combo. That meant surviving one extra turn and I couldn't achieve that very often, hence longer battles. I then remembered that Poison Claw requires less MP and also helps hurting the boss. The counterattacks aren't much of a threat.
Sorry if I sound like noob!! But my human cant turn into Blue mAGE! WHY???

Equip weapons that teach those abilities, and fight the necessary battles until you have enough AP to learn them.

You know what would really impress me? If someone pulled off a scc with either white mages or gadgeteers.
TokenDrone 2 years ago
Just an SCC, or an actual solo game? If it's the former, I could do that easily.
MoogleBoss 2 years ago
A ssc seems like it would be really difficult with white mages, but it wouldn't be too bad with gadgeteers

blue mages are so hard to train imo :(
it took me forever to get blowup
that motherfucker wouldnt blow! he kept ranging me
turbobladez 2 years ago
Bombs need to be at critical health to blow up, that may explain your problem.
MoogleBoss 2 years ago
yea it took me like 3 hours to realize that :(

What's the skills neede to get Blue Mage job enabled?
MoogleLover7328 3 years ago
1 Black Mage and 1 White Mage A-Ability. You can access it very early.
MoogleBoss 3 years ago
Thank you! This has to be the most useful class EVER!
MoogleLover7328 3 years ago
i dont know...would it be possible, in anyway, is it possible to learn breath of god?
StratoCesar 3 years ago
No, it's not even a blue magick.
MoogleBoss 3 years ago
I'm still surprised that you thought of useing speed up on the footage. Makes things alot faster @_@
Also, nice job. This seems rather tough.

I might try this

Fight law makes this one easy.
I just 2-shotted him in my Fighter SSCC.

MoogleBoss 3 years ago
I like this strategy better. DMG > MP gets Breath of God and Ban Fight gets the Ahrimans, so you are free (well, almost) to use Poison Claw. 5/5
Archael7 3 years ago
Yeah, you are almost guaranteed survival unless Roulette hits you or you get slowed and Famfrit starts taking twice as many turns.
Wait till you see my Adrammelech strategy though. It's considerably more extreme but also very dependent on luck.
MoogleBoss 3 years ago
With that music you are guaranted survival no matter what.
Archael7 3 years ago
Why isn't that Ahriman using Roulette?
Ellimystic 3 years ago
It doesn't always use Roulette. During some of the previous attempts, the move was used up to 3 times. This time, it wasn't used at all.
MoogleBoss 3 years ago
Original kind of challange... Good luck.
